Website Terms

Website prices are starting estimates only. Final scope, scheduling, availability, and pricing are confirmed after project review. An instant booking reserves a walkthrough time; it does not approve demolition work or establish a final project price.

Estimate requests

Preferred dates and times submitted with estimate requests remain pending until Garcia's Demolition approves them. Pending requests may appear on the company calendar for planning purposes.

Email confirmations

Customers who submit the form may receive transactional emails about that appointment or estimate request at the address provided. These messages are limited to the requested service and are not marketing subscriptions.

Customer information

Customers agree to provide accurate contact and project information and to notify Garcia's Demolition if appointment details change.
